I am the former CEO of Swimming Australia and Netball Victoria and have held executive-level roles across the sports industry, working with staff teams, athletes, and boards. I was the ‘first of its kind’ People & Culture leader in the AFL, pioneering this role in an era of significant transformation in the league.
I bring significant governance experience, having held Chair roles, directorships and committee memberships across different industries including sport, education, government and health.
Outside of the elite sporting environment, I've built a successful consulting career, blending my unique experience in high performance, human behaviour, and organisational development for clients. I specialise in providing tailored solutions, strategic guidance, and coaching to enhance the performance of individuals and teams. My passion lies in partnering with leaders to unlock their potential, drive meaningful change, and create high-performing, purpose-driven cultures.
